Cancellation & Refund Policy
USICON 2027 – 60th Annual Conference of Urological Society of India
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation and refund of registration fees
for participants registering through our official online registration portal.
1. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered as the effective date.
- Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline will not be eligible for refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Before 30th November 2026: 75% refund of the registration fee.
- From 1st December 2026 to 31st December 2026: 50% refund.
- After 31st December 2026: No refund will be applicable.
Registration fees once paid are non-transferable.
3. Processing of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
- Any applicable payment gateway charges will be deducted.
4. No Refund Conditions
- Failure to attend the conference.
- Incomplete or incorrect registration details.
- Force majeure situations beyond organizer control.
5. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
The organizers do not store any card or UPI details on their servers.
